Please note that the official business days at Caracal Fit are from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, official holidays, and public holidays are considered days off for Caracal Fit employees and shipping companies.
Our first mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience. Therefore, we aim to make the shipping and delivery process easier because your convenience is our priority.
Caracal Fit mainly delivers orders through third-party shipping companies to ensure timely delivery.
Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days maximum, depending on your geographical area and delivery address.
For urgent orders, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.
Upon receiving your order, the recipient may be asked to sign a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods. The order will be delivered to the registered address, and the signature of any person at that address will be considered confirmation of receipt.
If no one is available at the registered address to receive the order, we will contact you to arrange another delivery time. The shipping company cannot attempt delivery more than twice. Caracal Fit is not responsible for any order exceeding 7 days from the first delivery attempt.
In-stock orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
Custom-made or special orders are fulfilled according to the individual production time stated in the product description.
Delivery cost is either calculated at checkout depending on the product and delivery address, or quoted after placing the order for special orders and added to the final order balance.
Delivery times may vary due to shipping company procedures, delivery location, delivery method, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
