Refund policy
If you receive a wrong product, wrong size, or defective item, Caracal Fit will gladly accept return requests within 21 days from the order date, according to the following conditions:
The product must be in its new condition, unused, and inside its original packaging in good condition.
Any return request, order issue, or invoice issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
If the return request is due to receiving a wrong product, wrong size, or defective item, the customer is entitled to a full refund including the product price and shipping fees.
For returns requested for any other reason, the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer or deducted from the refunded product value.
For cash-on-delivery orders, a courier will collect the returned item, and the refund will be processed through an available refund method agreed upon with customer service.
For card payments or cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be processed after we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions.
For exchange requests due to size changes, receiving a wrong product, or receiving a defective item, the defect or issue must be clearly described, including its location, with a clear photo attached via email or WhatsApp, along with the order number.
Exchange requests apply between products of the same value.
Accessories such as underwear, socks, caps, and scarves are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of receiving a wrong or defective item.
